Neeraj Bhagat (Founder) FCA and FAIA (U.K)
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1997. He has an experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over two decades assisting many organisations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly. He is known to be a business professional, with more than 22 years of experience of working as a Strategic Business Adviser helping other businesses grow and be more profitable. He has a strong and genuine passion for business growth and sustainability.
He is also the founder of Neeraj Bhagat & Co. – A chartered accountancy firm headquartered in New Delhi. With his wealth of experience, he specializes in assisting foreign companies for optimum financial structure in India., He’s been able to seamlessly integrate his hard-won, strategic industry knowledge and extensive experience to ensure his clients achieve their goals. He partners with Domestic and International Entities of various sizes from different industries, from individuals to foreign companies, managing Directors to CFOs’, professionals worldwide. Neeraj has a deep knowledge of Indian taxation system. His financial advice has helped many Multinational Corporations in setting up Subsidiaries, Liaison offices, Project Offices and Branch Offices in India and plan the future course of actions smoothly.
Marta Snaidero (Consultant)
Marta Snaidero is an Italian CPA and Auditor and coordinates GWA’s tax and accounting team. She is a consultant and author of several articles and books in International and Chinese Tax Law.
During her studies she attended an exchange program at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in New Delhi with a focus on MBA courses. She got a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Udine, Italy.
Flavie Combeaux (Consultant Business Development)
Flavie is a French consultant in business development. She got a Master’s in International Management from the University of Poitiers, France. She has specialized in Indian businesses, especially how small services organizations can reach and work with international clients, strategy, network and cultural aspects.
Richa Sachdeva (Marketing Head)
Richa is a strong Sales Professional, with experience of more than 10 years in International Corporate Sales. She has her hands-on crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives. She ensures our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material. Her extensive knowledge and congregation of experiences gathered from different industries works as an asset to the organization. She comprehensively works on New Clients Acquisition and has helped many Chartered Accountancy firms in U.K and U.S to outsource their accounting services seamlessly and smoothly.
